A ready-made cotton saree petticoat in XL. Pure cotton throughout, so it breathes over a long function and holds its shape through repeated washing without the colour bleeding into the sari above it.

Cotton grips silk, which is exactly what you want under a heavy sari that needs to stay put — the opposite of what you want under a light georgette. Choose cotton for weight, satin for drape.

About our handmade products

Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.

Colours can also look slightly different on each phone or laptop screen, and sizes are approximate.
