Sevan Wood Mandir 16 x 8 inch – Open Front, Hand-Carved

A hand-carved Sevan wood mandir in its natural, unpainted finish — pale, close-grained timber with a soft honey tone that warms as it ages. Carved by hand in India, so the leaf and scroll work on the crest and drawer front is never quite the same twice.

The open front leaves your murtis in full view and makes daily aarti straightforward, with turned pillars either side and a deep shelf for a full set. A single drawer in the base keeps agarbatti, wicks and prayer beads to hand.

Left unfinished so you can keep it as it is, or oil or wax it to bring out the grain.
