The finest piece in our Sevan wood range. A hand-carved home temple in plain, natural wood.
The two doors have a carved pattern with open gaps. Dust stays out, but you can still see the murti. The doors open flat against the frame, so nothing gets in the way during aarti.
Every part is carved by hand: the figures on the doors, the leaf top, the round pillars and the drawer fronts. Two drawers in the base hold agarbatti, wicks and prayer beads.
The wood is left plain. You can keep its pale colour, or oil or wax it to make the grain darker.

Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same.
