How delivery and collection work

Handmade items, so colours and details may differ a little from the photo.

A square bajot with a printed peacock feather mandala at its centre — blues, greens and gold radiating out against a deep ground, sealed under glass and framed by a finely embossed silver-and-gold border.

The peacock feather is Krishna's own emblem, which makes this a natural platform for a Bal Gopal, Krishna or Radha Krishna murti, though it suits any deity.

The four legs detach completely, so the chowki packs flat for storage between festivals and travels easily — useful if you take your setup to the mandir or to family. Printed in red and gold to match the top.

Good for

  • Placing murtis and the kalash during pooja
  • Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali and Navratri
  • Satyanarayan katha and havan
  • A low side table or display stand after the festival

Key features

  • Size: 15 x 15 inch square top
  • Printed peacock feather mandala sealed under a protective glass top
  • Embossed silver and gold border
  • Detachable legs — packs flat for storage and transport
  • Wipe-clean glass surface
  • Hand-finished, so small variations in the print and border are natural

About our handmade products

Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.

Colours can also look slightly different on each phone or laptop screen, and sizes are approximate.

If you need an exact colour, size or pattern, please message us on WhatsApp with a photo, or visit our shops on Ealing Road, Wembley, to see the item before you buy.
