How delivery and collection workHandmade items, so colours and details may differ a little from the photo.
The largest bajot in this range — a 21 x 15 inch top clad edge to edge in embossed gold-finish metal sheet, worked in a dense floral repeat that catches the light of a diya from every angle.
The sides carry the same embossing, and a stepped gold apron runs beneath the top before it meets four dark turned legs. The contrast between the bright gold and the near-black legs is what gives the piece its weight and presence.
This is a centrepiece rather than a side platform. The generous top holds a large idol along with the full pooja thali, kalash and diya, which makes it the natural choice for Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali Lakshmi pooja, Navratri, Satyanarayan katha and wedding mandaps. Out of season it works as an ornate low table.
Good for
- Placing murtis and the kalash during pooja
- Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali and Navratri
- Satyanarayan katha and havan
- A low side table or display stand after the festival
Key features
- Size: 21 x 15 inch rectangular top — the largest in the range
- Embossed gold-finish metal cladding over a wooden frame
- Dense floral repeat across the top and sides
- Stepped gold apron on four dark cylindrical turned legs
- Room for a large idol with kalash, thali and diya together
- Hand-finished, so slight variations in the embossing and tone are natural

About our handmade products
About our handmade products
Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.
Colours can also look slightly different on each phone or laptop screen, and sizes are approximate.
If you need an exact colour, size or pattern, please message us on WhatsApp with a photo, or visit our shops on Ealing Road, Wembley, to see the item before you buy.
