How delivery and collection workHandmade items, so colours and details may differ a little from the photo.
A square 16 x 16 inch bajot clad in embossed gold-finish metal sheet, worked in a fine floral repeat across the top and down the sides, with a plain banded border framing the panel.
This one sits on short dark cylindrical turned feet rather than the sweeping curved legs of our taller premium bajot — a lower, squarer stance that keeps the deity close to the shelf and makes it easy to slide in and out of a mandir with limited headroom.
The square top suits a single substantial idol with a thali and diya alongside, and the low profile works particularly well on a mandir shelf or a side table where a tall pedestal would not fit. A natural centrepiece for Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali Lakshmi pooja, Navratri and Satyanarayan katha.
Good for
- Placing murtis and the kalash during pooja
- Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali and Navratri
- Satyanarayan katha and havan
- A low side table or display stand after the festival
Key features
- Size: 16 x 16 inch square top
- Embossed gold-finish metal cladding over a wooden frame
- Fine floral repeat with a plain banded border
- Short dark cylindrical turned feet — a lower stance than our curved-leg premium bajot
- Fits mandir shelves and side tables where a tall pedestal will not
- Hand-finished, so slight variations in the embossing and tone are natural

About our handmade products
About our handmade products
Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.
Colours can also look slightly different on each phone or laptop screen, and sizes are approximate.
If you need an exact colour, size or pattern, please message us on WhatsApp with a photo, or visit our shops on Ealing Road, Wembley, to see the item before you buy.
