Bottled gomutra for purification rituals, in three sizes. Marked Only for Pooja Purpose.
Most households keep a bottle for occasional use rather than daily, so it lasts — which is why the 50ml sells as steadily as the larger sizes. The 500ml is the one taken for a griha pravesh or when a full mandir is being cleansed.
Significance: Gomutra is one of the panchagavya, the five products of the cow used in Hindu ritual alongside milk, curd, ghee and dung. Its role is shuddhi — the purification of a space or an object before it is used for worship. It is sprinkled through a new home at griha pravesh, used to cleanse the mandir after a period of mourning or illness in the house, added in small quantity to the abhishek of certain deities, and used to purify the pooja vessels before a major ceremony.
Good for
- Daily pooja and abhishek
- Havan, katha and griha pravesh
- Purifying the pooja space
Choosing a size:
- 50ml — occasional household use; enough for several cleansings
- 250ml — the usual size for a family ceremony
- 500ml — griha pravesh, a full mandir shuddhi, or a mandal
Details:
Sizes: 50ml, 250ml, 500ml
Use: pooja purposes only — not for consumption

About our handmade products
About our handmade products
Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.
Colours can also look slightly different on each phone or laptop screen, and sizes are approximate.
If you need an exact colour, size or pattern, please message us on WhatsApp with a photo, or visit our shops on Ealing Road, Wembley, to see the item before you buy.
