  • Free click & collect from Heritage, 97 Ealing Road, 1st floor (door on Douglas Avenue, lift inside). Usually ready in 2 hours. Choose it at checkout.

How delivery and collection work

Handmade items, so colours and details may differ a little from the photo.

The traditional Gandhi topi in soft cotton — worn during Ganesh Chaturthi processions, aarti and pooja, and by the men of the family at weddings and festival gatherings. Nine colours to choose from, plain or with a woven gold and maroon border.

Significance: The white topi has been worn across western India for generations as a mark of respect and simplicity, and remains part of festival dress during Ganpati and Navratri. "Ganpati Bappa Morya" is the call raised in every procession — a greeting to Lord Ganesh and a plea for his swift return next year.

About our handmade products

Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.
