Chamunda Maa is a strong form of the mother goddess, much loved in Gujarat, where she is shown as two sister goddesses riding a lion. Devotees pray to her for protection and courage.
This resin statue shows the two goddesses with gold crowns and bright pink, green and blue chunris, sitting together on a standing lion with a brown mane. It is approximately 11cm (4 inch) tall and weighs approximately 174g. It looks lovely in a home temple, on a desk or shelf, or as a gift. Each piece is made by hand, so it can be a little different from the photo.
About our handmade products
About our handmade products
Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.
Colours can also look slightly different on each phone or laptop screen, and sizes are approximate.
If you need an exact colour, size or pattern, please message us on WhatsApp with a photo, or visit our shops on Ealing Road, Wembley, to see the item before you buy.
