Aarti Brass Diya with Handle

A small footed brass diya with a long side handle and a pierced, engraved back plate. Made to be picked up and circled rather than left standing.

Significance: During aarti the lit lamp is rotated clockwise before the deity while the bell is rung and the aarti is sung. The gesture offers the light back to the one who gave it.
