A wooden mandir in a deep rosewood colour. The two doors are cut with an Om in a round pattern, a four-petal flower and a lotus border. Gold round pillars stand on each side, a gold kalash sits on the roof, and a full-width drawer in the base keeps agarbatti, wicks, kumkum and prayer beads close to hand.
A light is built in. Switch it on and the cut-out pattern shines on the back wall and lights up the murtis for morning and evening aarti. Close the doors to keep dust off your murtis between prayers. A practical home temple for a hallway, living room or pooja room.
At 18 inches wide it holds a family set of murtis, with room for a thali, diya and kalash in front.
