A ready-made satin silk petticoat to wear under a sari. The satin face lets the sari fall and turn cleanly instead of catching, which is the whole job of a good inskirt — a cotton petticoat grips the fabric and spoils the drape on a silk or georgette sari.
Cut generously with a drawstring waist, so one size covers a wide range and the fit can be drawn in exactly where you want it.

Care: Hand wash cold and hang to dry. Warm iron on the reverse.
