Eco-Friendly Ganesh Visarjan Idol – Yellow Khes & Pink Dhoti, Gold Halo Mukut, ~15 inch

A golden yellow khes falls in soft folds down the back above a deep magenta dhoti with a slim gold border and a gold waist clasp, the whole piece finished matte with no rhinestone work at all.

One of nine Plain-tier idols in this year's 15 inch range, and the only one seated fully cross-legged in padmasana with both soles turned up.

Hand-painted on eco-friendly clay, ready for a gentle biodegradable immersion.

Every ornament here is sculpted into the clay and gilded rather than stone-set — the double torque, the broad collar, the armlets and the anklets all rise from the surface. Fine red swirls are painted freehand across the chest and shoulders.
