Inspired by the Dagdusheth Halwai idol of Pune, this 30 inch Ganpati keeps the decoration simple and lets the form do the talking – no safa, no jewellery overlay, just a confidently painted mustard dhoti with a pink border.
It's the plainest and most affordable of our 30 inch idols, though there's nothing plain about the detailing on the face and hands.
Cast in eco-friendly clay and hand-painted throughout, it dissolves safely for visarjan once the festival is done.
The original Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati in Pune is one of India's most visited Ganesh temples, famous for its restrained, dignified idol rather than heavy ornamentation – this piece follows that same philosophy, prioritising the sculpting of the face and posture over layers of decoration.

Most of what we sell is made by hand in India: our murtis, mandirs, pooja items, sarees and clothing. Because each piece is made by hand, no two are exactly the same. The carving, painting, pattern, stitching or finish may differ a little from the photo. Wood grain and marble markings are natural and vary from piece to piece.
